Ever wonder what to do with an opo, or a bittermelon? Well all your questions will be deliciously answered as Mao Lee saute's fabulous stir-frys and prepares delicate soups from produce from her family's farm in Fresno.

Mao Lee of Mao's Produce at the Vineyard Farmer's Market will be demonstrating how to cook various wonderful asian dishes featuring fresh locally grown asian produce.

Featured vegetables will include opo, bittermelon, kang kong, long beans, and different varieties of eggplant.
