The San Francisco-based indie rock trio The Drogues bring their punk propaganda to the venerable Tokyo Garden on Saturday, Oct. 7, at 10 p.m. Providing support will be everyone's favorite sonic architect, Arc Minute, and the folk goodness of singer/songwriter James Brittain-Gore.
