Our atelier will again be in high fever as the October ArtHop arrives in it's faux fall clothing. Join us this Thursday evening from 5-9 for refreshments(that's wine kiddo). The Fair? who cares? Arthop is the place to be. The Hendersons will of course all be there, but beware, they arrive early and depart late. Come sit with your friends and practice the gift of gab - trade bon mots until you come upon le mot juste, or as that famous banker O. Henry says, "inject a few raisins of conversation into the tasteless dough of existence". View the many new paintings (Complex Post Modern assemblage cum collage styled Pop Art Gobbledegook)and Cornell inspired boxes- forget about digital wizardry and razzle dazzle effects the work is visually compelling and unavailable from a single static point of view-it encourages movement around it. You may even want to join in (or sit in rapt attention ) as our panel of near-famous artists debate with discredited former members of the Mayors Creative Council the effect feigned insouciance has upon our art scene. So why sit at home in ignominy another First Thursday? Make plans to join us for an entertaining and intellectually stimulating evening of fun at no cost whatsoever. Our studio is located at 703 E.
