Members of the Associated Students at Fresno State can't seem to get their acts together on a basic campus recycling plan, according to the campus paper, the Collegian.
Student leaders say proposals are tied up in school committees and logistical problems with the city, while the campus population continues to throw away its plastic bottles and aluminum cans daily because there are nearly no blue recycling bins anywhere on campus.
How can the university be so far behind the rest of the city on a basic recycling plan? I guess I'll just keep packing my empty water bottles home.

not too shabby...
...Blake, you and your crew should stand proud,
not only has the kid got a sharp noodle, but she's got tons of moxie, and her posts are worth watching...
I think the city is in for a good time once she makes it in off the coast...
Looks like the headliner is going to be the real deal after all...
(Val. you and yer squeeze stop in and say hi if you're in the park on Saturday, I want to introduce you to a couple of folks.)
I think Fresno's going to be just fine,,, and, truth be told, the right man for the job, once again, is a woman...
How can the university be so far behind not only the city, but every university in the country? (well, I cannot speak for every university in the country, but at least for most in the state) I wonder if in the year 2056 they might start wondering if its time to start considering sustainable architecture and green buildings. And maybe that if you remove parking people will actually just bike and not riot. Nah. Thats too progressive.
