On at least three separate occasions, a bill has been introduced to Congress to make Independence Day occur on the first Monday in July. It has never made it out of committee.

I Met Eddie Munster!

I was checking out some Halloween baubles at Halloween Express on Shaw and Sunnyside in Clovis on Friday, and who do you think was appearing there to sign autographs? You got it, the one and only Butch Patrick, famous from The Munsters TV show circa 1960's, where he played Little Eddie "Wolfgang" Munster ( still shown on cable's TV Land). I coudn't believe it!
He certainly no longer looks like little Eddie, but I never thought that one day I would actully meet him! Never in my wildest dreams...
He signed autographs on pictures from the Munsters TV Show, and was there with a woman he called "his author", so I guess he is penning a book, probably a bio. Interesting....I brought my 7 year old son, who wathced The Munsters re-runs with me. He got a kick out of meeting Butch too, but not as much as I did!

Butch Patrick

Yes! We did get 2 pictures with him! Eddie and the Monsters! WOW, I remember that song! I wish they would show The Munsters on TV Land more frequently - I think it's only on a couple of days a week.

Butch Patrick

Did you get a photo with him?

It has been advertised in the Bee a few times, and it was listed on Butch Patrick's web site that he would be at to Fresno locations.

I know some one who got their Butch Patrick, Eddie & the Monsters 7" record for "Whatever Happened to Eddie?" signed.
