The mafia and the mammoth

I've always found woolly mammoths to be interesting creatures, right up there with the saber-toothed tiger. My interest is at least in part due to the sad fact that the mammoth is largely exctinct, save for the lone Snuffleupagus one can find on Sesame Street.
I was heartened to hear the Russian Mafia has a similar interest in the mammoth. Evidently, that's where stem cell scientist Hwang Woo-suk of south Korea went to buy samples of mammoth tissue in an effort to clone the mighty creatures.
Which leads me to think: a cloned mammoth would be a great addition to our zoo, no?
