Daniel Chacon reading

Fresno native Daniel Chacon, the acclaimed short-story writer and author of the novel "And The Shadows Took Him," will read from his new work as part of the Fresno MFA program's Visiting Writer Series. Opening the reading will be performances by folksinger Julia Dawn and performance poet Deanna Pierro.

Chacon is this year's Distinguished Writer in Residence in the Fresno MFA program. For details, call the English Department at 278-2553.
