the crime rate in Fresno is the lowest in 35 years? GREAT! Unfortunately that will mean the layoff of many of the police, correct? Too bad for those cops...maybe they can work at McDonalds...but just think of the savings to the taxpayers! How can we use those savings....?
...well, they weren't exactly lying...
I mean, there were a full 91 degrees present,
(plus another 13 or so,,, just as, you know,,, spares or something...)
Maybe they meant the average yearly? temp. was 91?
What really frosts my flakes is, FINALLY we're hitting decent temps to go swimming...
and they turn the faucets off on the canals, and dry 'em up on me...

...this actually happens frequently. An example is the current 'Fresno Relocation Guide,' which also claims Fresno's average high tempurature in August is 91 degrees...

..sounds like that public relations project is startin' to kick in... (-methinks that the next thing they're going to do is take photos of the sky, (while it's cooler and relatively clear,) and photoshop it into all published pictures of the joint...)
