The City of Fresno has many core competencies- paving roads and synchronizing lights, caring for the homeless and degenerate, managing parks and other public places. Oh. Wait. Crime is down though! And the City's done an admirable job of embracing solar energy.

While putting your finger on what the City does best might be a challenge, we're pretty confident owning and operating a nuclear power plant is not it. Apparently the City can't quite manage to keep sewer lines above the board.
