Logan Pinot
Also harvested from Sleepy Hollow Vineyard, Logan Pinot Noir has a distinctly different style than Case. Named after Robb and Cynthia Talbott's son Robert Logan, Logan Pinot Noir is made to be enjoyed upon release. As in all of the wines of Robert Talbott Vineyards, the vineyard sections for Logan Pinot Noir are carefully managed to strictly limit yields, thereby increasing the wine's depth and concentration. The wine is medium bodied with very soft, silky tannins and huge amounts of ripe cherry/berry fruit accented by smoke and spice. Fully enjoyable upon release.

Kali Hart Chardonnay
Kali Hart is the youngest of the Talbott's children and, like her, this wine is the most recent addition to the Talbott wine family. This Chardonnay is made in what we consider as our "villages" style- meaning the wine is exemplary of the Santa Lucia Highlands growing area. Kali Hart Chardonnay is fresh and exuberant with medium body and the distinctive lush tropical fruit, mouth-filliing intensity, and mineral expression with a long finish. The wine has great acid balance and is made to be enjoyed now.

Kali Hart Pinot Noir
First presented in the 2000 vintage, this Pinot Noir is the much awaited companion to our Kali-Hart Chardonnay, named for the youngest of the Talbott's children. This wine is grown in our Santa Lucia Highlands Estate vineyards from newer elite Pommard and Dijon clone Pinot Noir plantings.

Talbot Sleepy Hollow Chardonnay
We select fruit from the finest sections of the acclaimed Sleepy Hollow Vineyard for this Chardonnay. Sleepy Hollow consistently produces Chardonnay with intense tropical fruit character, which exhibits both richness and finesse. Sleepy Hollow Chardonnay is considered by many as one of the quality standards for California Chardonnay. Vineyard Manager and Winemaker Sam Balderas keeps yields low to increase concentration and minimizes the handling of the wine to preserve the fruit's natural essence. This wine is 100% barrel fermented in French Oak and aged on the yeast lees to impart a rich, toasty, complex character to the wine. Talbott - Sleepy Hollow Vineyard Chardonnay has excellent aging potential, and in the November 1, 1997, issue of the Wine Spectator, the 1990 vintage was tasted by Per-Henrik Mansson and achieved a perfect score of 100 points.

Talbot Cuvee Cynthia Chardonnay
Named after Cynthia Talbott, mother of the Talbott children, this wine results from the very careful selection of a few special barrels from the Sleepy Hollow Estate Vineyard. Winemaker Sam Balderas searches for barrels that are especially concentrated and intense for the Cuvée Cynthia. This big, rich, creamy barrel-fermented Chardonnay is allowed to go through full malolactic fermentation and is aged in French Oak barrels for a full year on the yeast lees. The wine is then bottled without fining or filtration. The result is a wine of great intensity, elegance, and concentration. Production of Cuvée Cynthia Chardonnay is extremely limited. Crafted for near term enjoyment.
