Bill McEwen says some home builders are becoming all about solar energy. I am too. Having solar panels standard on housing just makes too much sense here in California (especially Fresno). And not just on homes. I'd have loved (and paid a bit more) to see the top of Vagabong Lofs plastered with solar (though I know nothing about the logistics of getting that done).
The Mayor Says WHAT?!?
Solar is the SAFEST? Not when it entails destroying the lives and property of innocent residents to put into effect.
Behind the smokescreen is quite another story. Illegal and unauthorized cross-connecting and re-routing of Fresno's water lines. No permits or inspections.
The Mayor has steadfastly refused to address the issue. Risk analyst and former appraiser for the City appear to be in charge of this "secret sideline." Upon getting caught, they committed perjury in calling me a "liar." Oddly, the City's own sewer layout verifies exactly what I am stating. In an attempt to turn the tables, they called ME a "danger to THEIR lives!" Because I wanted answers.
Now, I am receiving threats to my life if I continue to report this.
Wake up, folks. Where is this really heading.
Let's serve up the goodies then.
I'd be the first one to pounce if I thought all
the meat and blood had been taken out of this site.
----But, here's something I thought about and noticed:
A lack of MATERIAL being posted here recently. I mean, yeah,
there's a bit of discussion , a bit of controversy---all
these things are good and fine and a part of the puzzle.
But check the 'featured stories':it's a slow turn-over.
But ya know WHAT?----How come I or you or whoever doesn't
interview some band, write a few decent paragraphs about a local issue, person or place?
A couple years back Fresno Famous was pretty much turned over to
Us The People. It's an open template to put some content out there.
(Don't worry, I'm wagging my finger at myself as well here.)
Ho hum
Has FF become a discussion board for articles written by the Bee? It seems like the air has been sucked out of this site.
And our mayor...
And our mayor saying it's the safest form of energy ever. Safer than the sun?
go go solar!
At the same time we have solar becoming more of a mainstream
attraction, we have a few of the rich and powerful in town
teaming up for a nuclear reactor. Yikes!
