Due to the damming of the Yangtze River in China, the freshwater umber whale (which is roughly two-thirds the size of its saltwater cousins) has been added to the endangered species list.

Caught Afroman playing a gig at Pizzaland about five or six years ago — "Cause I Got High" blew up around that time. He was backed by a live band that was pretty darn tight, and I really enjoyed the show. I think it would be worth seeing him again.
After he finished the show, the whole venue was packed with smoke. If my memory serves me correctly (it's a big 'if'), some in the crowd took Afroman upon their shoulders in a victorious gesture as he lit up a J. It was quite an experience.
Anyone go?

Afroman last played here on a reggae Thursday at Avalon with Reality Sound spinnin' up the herbal classics. That waz a fun night. Can't make the show tonight tho...

didn't he convert to Christianity, stop smoking weed, and talk about how the record labels shunned him since he wanted to distance himself from that song about getting high?
