For March, the Blender is running with the Rogue!
Creative Fresno's own Suzanne Bertz-Rosa will be premiering her very first documentary "Finding Home" at this year's Rogue Festival.
What happens if you CAN take the small town out of the girl... And what if she returns anyway? This documentary short examines why people who have left the Valley decide to return. Why come back?
The Blender kicks off at 5pm at the hip new Studio 1922. We'll have appetizers from Cracked Pepper Bistro and refreshments to enjoy while you check out their new exhibit "The Mystery of the Last Place on Earth: Chile." (The exhibit opens February 25 with a reception at 1pm. Check this link for more info: http://www.fresnofamous.com/node/5003)
At 7pm you'll want to head next door to Javawava where "Finding Home" and other local films will be screening. Seating is limited but if you can't make this one show you'll have three other opportunities: Sunday, March 4th or Friday, March 9th at 8.30pm and Saturday, March 10th at 7pm.
This will be a night you won't want to miss!! So right after work...you know the rest!
See you at the Blender!
