granted I have not been out there for a loooooong time but if I remember correctly we used to go out there post midnight because we got tired of Denny's.
Waitresses with attitude and great food. What else do you need? I love that place.

Bacon and Egg Burrito, WITH BEANS, cannot be beat at 3am. (ok, equaled perhaps but not beat) Trust me man, there is none higher. Their tortillas, along with Alberto's and Arsenio's, are excellent. Not sure how they do it, but they are very fresh and very good.

you can go to winco and get a sushi platter after midnight, check the date for the freshest one. (the latest sushi bar in town I think is only open till 11pm)
Take it with you to Denny's ask for Sushi when they say no the don't have that... then ask for tea, and a dipping bowl, then bring out your sushi platter, that you bought at winco.
Nothing like a flying saucer at 3am. Haven't done that in years though. It's not on the way home. Taco Bell is still high on the list. And yes, of course, Denny's.
If it weren't three hours away it would be Video Cafe in the Richmond, SF.

Fresno's options for late night snacking are few and far between. Besides a few Mexican eateries (Chris' had closed early the last time I tried), all Fresno has to offer is 24 hour drive thru windows. Don't we deserve better? Maybe a place that offers pizza by the slice (Me-n-Ed's possibley?).
The best food any time of day, but a must late at night. It usually makes for some interesting encounters. The last time I was there a guy told me he just got out of jail where he spent a few years because God wanted him to set captives free.
Oh come on..there's no comparison here, Chris' Meat Market is the shiznit, come to think of there I've NEVER been there before 1 am. Ironically this mexican food mecca has some of the best hamburgers in town.
I'd say Denny's or Chris' Meat Market
million elephant

robertitos is fantastic at 3am but i don't really consider that dining... more like diving.

Viva Robertito's
It's nice to see Robertito's get the respect it deserves.
Livingstones serves burgers and appetizers until 1 AM.
Anything, later and Robertitos or Dennys.
Robertito's good

Tacos TJ on Ventura
Between 12:00 am and 3:00 am. Very lively place.
Is Chris (or April or whatever is now) still open after midnight? I know they started closing sometimes because it got pretty wild out there.
If it's still open, I vote for that.
If not, Tacos Tijuana.
Chris' Meat Market
