it, you missed out. To our left we had someone (sorry we didn't get your name but brewing, weighing and serving coffee actually took up a bit more time than anticipated) selling some nice art with a bit of flare. To our right we had René selling these great Chilean empanadas, man they were so delicious. The music was great and the people, I can't say enough how great the people out there were. They asked questions and got involved in our world of coffee. Thank you guys man!

Then Frank D. showed up, totally a cool dude. Introduced me to his pops who's equally as cool (glass eye in case and later in hand for photo). I'm sure cool runs in their family.

Funny you should say brunt Mr. OOTV, we sold out of that blend. Seems I can mix some mean beans. Smiles had by many, not to mention us!

I have a couple of designer blends I'll be putting together tonight. One of them has 4 origins of coffee, one of which is the Sidamo for bright fruity flavors. It also has a bit of Sumatra for body and earthiness. I also use Costa Rica and Peru in it for the brunt of the mix. It's quite a full bodied cup of coffee.(if I don't say so myself:)

I'll have a flier for everyone to pick up, I'm researching Monsoon Malabar, Yemen Mocca Sanani and Hawaiian Kona right now.

you'll be able to get freshly roasted coffee beans there too! Fresno's own local coffee roasters, Café Corazón will be there offering very FRESHLY roasted coffee beans along with free samples! They will also be selling brewed coffee, for only a dollar, using a method few know about. Come taste the diffrence FRESH makes...for the love of coffee!
