Valley Public Television's 30th Anniversary Great TV Auction is back this year in all its glory, with thousands of items including showcase items like a 2007 Subaru Outback as well as fantastic deals on dining, entertainment and travel. But this year, it's just ONE WEEKEND ONLY! The event takes place Thursday-Sunday, May 3-6 from 7 pm to Midnight each day.

The auction will include the always popular "Dining and Entertainment" and "Travel Extravaganza" theme nights as well as the opportunity for viewers to bid on major gifts during each night of the auction. Following is a description of the theme nights:

• May 3rd and 5th Travel Extravaganza Great travel destinations to San Francisco, Monterey, Pismo, Las Vegas, San Diego, Yosemite, Reno, Napa and more await the highest bidder.

• May 4th & 6th Dining & Entertainment Tune in to bid on concerts tickets, theme parks, restaurants, party barge rentals, jets ski's, bicycles, ski trips and more.

• May 3-6 Big Ticket Each night of the auction will be filled with numerous "big ticket" items valued at $700 and above. Featured items include a roof-top air conditioner & heating unit, Lasik eye surgery, exotic vacations and jewelry.

This year's showcase items include a fully loaded 2007 Subaru Outback 2.5i from Herwaldt Subaru in Fresno.
