Lecture on "U.S. Policy of Regime Change and Russia's Response" on April 17

Dr. Andrei Tsygankov will give a lecture titled "The U.S. Policy of Regime Change and Russia's Response" at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 17 at California State University, Fresno.

The lecture will be in University Business Center 191, at the east end of the Peters Business Building.

The event will be open to the public, and admission will be free. Parking regulations will be relaxed in the University Business Center parking lot, between Lots J and A.

The lecture will be sponsored by the Department of Political Science of California State University, Fresno.

Dr. Andrei P. Tsygankov is Associate Professor in the Departments of Political Science and International Relations of San Francisco State University. He is a graduate of Moscow State University (Candidate of Sciences, 1991) and the University of Southern California (Ph.D., 2000). He the author or editor of six books, and has published many articles in scholarly journals.
