The Subterraneans have been playing their brand of bluesy American Roots Music(original, hypnotic, literate and highly danceable) for 20 years now and they're gonna be celebrating this Friday night at Club Fred/ Audie's Olympic (where they got their start back when it was the Olympic Tavern). Since their inception the Subterraneans have played only original songs with nary a cover to be found. They'll give you all the reason you need to party so bring your dancin' shoes and a good mood. You won't be disappointed. The place will be madcrazy so be prepared to come early, stay late and have some fun. Like they say in Mr. Delpit's hometown "Laissez le bon temp roulet". The show starts extra early 'cause they'll be playing at the end of Mr. Delpit's Happy Hour(around 7:30) and they'll play until 11-11:30.
