Street fees before council again

The council is slated to vote on street fee increases today...again. The Mayor vetoed a plan that would raise fees in the first year, but not automatically in the second and third. The proposal before council today would increase fees over three years, and put Fresno on par with surrounding cities, according to the Bee.
