NV Brut Rose - Sparkling Champagne
Bouvet Rose Brut exhibits a brilliant, delicate salmon-pink color punctuated by fine, pinpoint bubbles which suggest the wines fresh, raspberry and cassis fragrance.

Cru Chardonnay 2005 Redding Ranch
The Redding Ranch supplies another winery with the grapes used in their Reserve bottling, and we are the only other buyer of Redding fruit. All of the grapes were crushed and barrel fermented, and 40% of the barrels were new, extra-fine grain Hungarian wood. The wine underwent malolactic fermentation in the barrels. The Redding Chardonnay has forward aromas of tropical fruit, with a distinct pineapple note highlighted by toasty oak and a creamy lees character.

Cru Chardonnay 2005 Vigna Monte Nero Vineyard
The Vigna Monte Nero Chardonnay has classic California Chardonnay flavors of pear and Golden Delicious apples. It was 100% barrel fermented in 40% new oak (French, Eastern European, and American) and all of the wine underwent malolactic fermentation.

Cru Pinot Noir 2005 Chular Canyon
The Chualar Canyon Pinot is delicate and feminine, with unmistakable Pinot Noir character of earthy cherry and tomato. The luxurious mouth-feel can be attributed to the soft tannins and to the barrel aging regime. We used 40% new barrels; half French oak and half Hungarian.

Cru Pinot Noir 2005 Vigna Monte Nero Vineyard
This elegant and well-balanced Pinot has rich, earthy flavors, with plenty of red & black fruit character in the nose and mouth. The luxurious mouth-feel can be attributed to the soft tannins and to the barrel aging regime. We used a combination of 40% new French, Hungarian, and Eastern European oak barrels for aging.
