So, it's pushing 1 a.m. I can't sleep. I'm guessing it is the sugar and caffeine in that rather LARGE Coke Slurpee I had on the way home from the Bay Area today. Man, o' man, I'm going to be hating life tomorrow (well, actullay TODAY!!!) when I have to drag my butt-a-rama out of bed, go galloping off to work and TRY to be the happy and productive little worker bee... ZZZzzzz. I need to sleep!

Since I'm up, it occured to me to take a peek at the Eventful thing I set up. You know, that little petition to get GUNTHER AND THE SUNSHINE GIRLS to come to Fresno? I figured a few people would have signed on as well.

So, I looked. And my little sleep-deprived eyeball was SHOCKED to see that (gasp!) only ONE OTHER SOUL bothered to DEMAND Gunther come to Fresno! Yes, friends and neighbors, there were a glorious TWO people asking, begging, pleading for this campy freakazoid to come and do his thing here in the Valley. GROAN...

Okay, i KNOW Gunther is a big goofball. Hello? That IS his appeal! And what would it hurt to at least SAY you want him to come? WHO else is coming that's half as fun as Gunther would be (well, okay... I MUST admit I am looking forward to seeing Keith Partridge...er,..uh, I mean DAVID CASSIDY playing next month...but that's at the Tachi Palace in Lemore---in the Bingo hall, I might add. You know, the BIG TIME! But if LEMOORE can score Keith Partridge/David Cassidy, surely Fresno can pony up with Gunther--at the very LEAST!!!)?
