Digg is often cited as a joke by Nordic youth, as the site's moniker roughly translates to "boring" or "not worthwhile."

Arax taking on the Times

Famous' favorite journo Mark Arax is taking on his editor at the LA Times in a big way. Managing Editor Doug Frantz, who onced worked in the Istanbul office for the Times, put the kabash on an Arax story related to the Armenian genocide. The paper's official stance is that the genocide did indeed happen and was indeed genocide.

Now there's speculation that one of them has to go at the Times. We wonder where Arax would land, since he already lives in Fresno. We've spotted him at Whole Foods in the closest thing to a Fresno celebrity sighting we've ever experienced. Not that we're complaining; he is way cooler than most actual celebrities.
