Application for LA BELLA ROSA FINE ART SHOW on Saturday, June 16, 2007 at the Washington Square Shopping Center at Champlain & Perrin, Fresno, CA.

Park Avenue West Interiors, and Purple Hat of Love Song Art Shows presents La Bella Rosa Fine Art Show, a multi-artist, all media, art show.

1. La Bella Rosa Fine Art Show is juried.
2. All art styles will be considered.
3. Only original work will be allowed.
4. The work must be offered for sale by the artists.
5. All work must be priced and offered for sale.
6. The date of La Bella Rosa Fine Art Show is Saturday, June 16, 2007.
7. The show starts at 9:00 AM and ends at 5:00 PM.
8. You may set up at anytime after 6:00 AM.
9. You will be given a location to set up in before the show.
10. The fee for entering the show is $35, for a single space, and $70 for a double space, and it must be paid at the same time you submit your application.
11. You will be given a roughly 10' x 10' area to show your art. It is possible to rent double spaces.
12. Mail this application and your check, made out to Park Avenue West Interiors, to High Sierra Wilderness Images, P. O. Box 7629, Fresno, CA 93747-7629.
13. It will be necessary for you to email 3 examples of your work to highsierrawildernessimages@yahoo.com and kplw2@aol.com. Your work will be reviewed after your application and check are received.
14. If you are not accepted, your application fee will be returned.
15. Park Avenue West Interiors, and Purple Hat of Love Song Art Shows will not be liable for any injuries or losses to anyone who claims injuries or losses before, during, or after the show. All artists are responsible for their own art, tent, and supplies.
16. You must have a valid California resale number, and collect and be responsible for California taxes.
17. Water and lunch will be provided to artists during the show.
18. I have read all of the above rules before signing this application.
