I don't claim to be the most cultured guy in the world (I just found out waiters aren't making a mistake when they place more than one fork next to your plate at dinner).

But even I know it's a mistake to place a European traffic circle smack dab in the middle of Fresno, CA. You know which one I'm talking about. It's in front of Borders at River Park and looks like the people who built the Yellow Brick Road smoked some crack with the fyling monkees and decided to play a joke on Dorthy and her pals.

If I had a nickel for every time somebody nearly hit me trying to navigate the "circumfrence of death"; I could park Downtown for a good 12 1/2 minutes.

My recomdendation to the powers that be...

Set things straight once and for all or put up some freakn' signage!
