Film Production Training

Learn the time tested skills of traditional filmmaking such as lighting, grip, camera (film and video), sound, etc. as well as new cutting edge high-definition technologies, non- linear editing and motion graphics in a hands-on environment. You will learn filmmaking in the "Hollywood" style gaining marketable professional skill sets. As you progress through your learning … and master the skill sets, you will become eligible for paid work. However, this is not a free ride! Apprentices will donate their time to the company in exchange for their training. This is a competitive application process. Applicants will be chosen on the basis of their positive attitude, open mind, work ethic and level of commitment. This is a very valuable opportunity as there are few, if any, places in the San Joaquin Valley to learn this level of filmmaking. Film schools cost tens of thousands of dollars and rarely offer real world, hands-on experience making narrative films, commercials and documentaries.

Remember, how much you take from away from this program will be dependent on how much you put in. It's all up to you.

Please send an email to cinematiclook@gmail.com stating your interest in this apprenticeship and an application will be emailed to you.

Location: Cinematic Look, Olive Ave., Fresno
Starts: 2007 Jun 2 - 12:00pm
Ends: 2007 Jul 15 - 12:00pm
