The Ida B. Wells and Frederick Douglass Reception
hosted by the National Women's Political Caucus,
Fresno chapter, celebrates leaders of social and
political justice who crusaded for gender and racial equality. Local educational leaders honored: Dorothy "Dottie" Smith, Trustee, State Center Community College, Bud Gaston, Retired Administrator, FUSD, Mary Curry, Retired Trustee, FUSD, and Cal Johnson, Board Trustee, FUSD.
