Sequoia Gold "German Kolsch"
A light, dry, golden colored beer brewed with imported Pilsner and Munich malts. This German style ale is fermented at lower temperatures than a typical ale and then cold aged like a Lager beer. Hallertau and Saaz hops accent the clean dry finish. Alc. 5.5% bv

Minerial King IPA 'India Pale Ale"
A hop lovers delight. This beer is deep gold in color with a very dry finish. The distinctively spicy aroma and flavor comes from a generous blend of Northern Brewer, Cascade and Crystal hops. Alc. 7.5% bv

Genral Grant ESB "Extra Special Bitter"
Named in honor of General Ulysses S. Grant whose family roots were in the United Kingdom, and our nations Christmas tree "The General Grant" located in Sequoia National Park. This flavorful British style beer is light copper in color and brewed with authentic floor malted barley from the U.K. and English Kent Golding hops. This beer is infused and dispensed with nitrogen for a smooth malt flavor and dense creamy head. Alc. 5.5% bv

Blossom Trail Ale "Honey Wheat Beer"
A delicately flavored and unfiltered wheat beer brewed with malted and unmalted wheat. Orange blossom and sage honeys are added to the brew for a subtle aroma and flavor of honey. Also great with a wedge of lemon. Alc. 4.5% bv

Thunderhead Amber "American Amber Ale"
A full flavored Ale with a beautiful deep amber color. This tasty Ale gets its rich flavor from a complex blend of six malts. The malts are balanced with Chinook and Northern Brewer hops for bittering. Crystal and Mt. Hood hops from Oregon are used for aroma and finishing. Alc. 6% bv

Our Black Oak Porter has a wonderful malt texture and is brewed with imported English floor malted barley and British Crystal and black Malts. English Northern Brewer and Kent Golding hops balance the finish. Alc. 6% bv

Sequoia Stout A rotating variety of our three most popular Stouts. Oatmeal, Irish and Blackout. These beers are infused and dispensed with nitrogen. Alc. 6.5% bv

Moto Brew A light smooth and flavorful Pale Ale. Brewed with a unique blend of specialty malts that are perfectly balanced with Willamette Hops from the Willamette Valley in Oregon. Alc. 5.2% by Volume
