Introducing the Beehive local music podcast

Everyone...

I'm proud to announce the beginning of my Fresno music podcast on FresnoBeehive.com. Very, very proud actually. I did the whole thing by myself and I think it turned out really good. Please give it a listen.

It's long (about 50 min), but I think it's pretty interesting. It's got music, interviews, talk of upcoming events, etc.

Guests and music include:
- Scissors for Lefty
- Rademacher
- Blake Jones
- Planet Asia
- Hecktik Soprano
- Patrick Contreras
- Clouded Vision
- The Javon Davis Band
- Tiff Jimber
- Shake Da Mayor

and much more...

Check it out. Download. Listen. Put it on your iPod. Burn it on a CD. Whatever. GO HERE

Here's wishing the Beehive music podcast a long &productive life

Nice job Mr. Oz.
I think it's one more way for folks to get a glimpse of what's going on in local music and maybe further tempt them to come on out and see these bands live.

better late than...

I know, I know ... we're way late.

This is seriously something I'e wanted to do for two years. but it's tough for me to take on more and more things -- but this one I felt so passionately about that i had to it.

I'm glad you like it. I think I have some kinks to work out. But since this was my first time every tracking something of this magnitude, I think it came out pretty OK. Next one will be better, though.

Glad you like the messages. I want to do more of that in the future.

The Fresno Bee is underpaying MIke Oz'

It's about freakin' time man; Welcome to 2004 Fresno Bee. (Just kiddin' man) I mean; Welcome to Fresno's podcasting community.

Really great show, I hope this will wake Brad and Chris (of Sound Pollution) from their slumber and they'll comback. I really like the havin'-people-leave-messages-to-promote-local thing. Show's produced real well too.

Great job.
