In 20 of the past 22 years, the American College Student Film Society has voted Bud Abbott & Lou Costello Meet Frankenstein (1948) as the best movie to see on Halloween. The winner for the other two years was I Was a Teenage Werewolf (1957) starring Michael Landon.
