For those of you who didn't get a chance to catch the great debate about downtown revitalization on KVPT's Valley Press, the audio podcast of the event is now up at KFSR.org. The first half of the program is an informal debate between Mayor Alan Autry, and FF's own Craig Scharton (CEO of the Central Valley Business Incubator), moderated by host Jim Tucker. The second half of the program features questions from the audience. Valley Press is produced by Valley Public Television where it airs Friday nights at 7:00pm. It is rebroadcast on 90.7 KFSR Saturdays at 1:00pm and Sundays at 11:00am. If you're looking for lively discussion of two competiting visions for downtown Fresno, I encourage you to check it out. They talk about the mayor's proposed River Walk, downtown housing, and much more.
