well i guess it's a done deal. i still wonder about this whole running horse thing. close kearney? what? i don't think so. make a bridge, or a tunnel or something. for the people that have never and never will worry about where their water comes from, you suck. but when a person has their own well, worry!!!!!!it costs a lot of money to redrill. more for the farmers. when a town makes stupid decisions, they should pay for the farmers to redrill. when they use our water to keep a golf course, (which noone will use), green, will be the ones bitching about how expensive lettuce is. just like that stupid ballpark downtown that did nothing for our town. get a clue.
