You may park next door in the spiral parking garage *on the 4th level (public parking)* WE VALIDATE! *
If there is event parking then just let the person collecting money know that you are coming to Joe's Steakhouse for dinner and they will let you up for free!!!! :)

eat at joe's
i've been to joe's once, and enjoyed myself. i had the lunch buffet. it wasn't the best food i'd ever had, but it was good. the service was super nice, and yes, they validate parking. so freaking cool. they actually validated me for about an hours time, so it's not like i had to rush out of downtown.
JUST FYI
I am a NW resident of fresno for over 15 years and I had never herd of Joe's Steak House before. I happned to see a blog on here about it. I decided to travel downtown and try it out with a friend. I have to say it was the best Steak food I have ever had. Better then Tahoe Joes, or Outback, or anything I have had before. Granted its not in the best part of town, but if we want downtown to change we have to be willing to go down there. I would give Joe's 5 out of 5 stars for service, taste of food, and quality.
