The Fresno Metropolitan Museum Docent Education Series continues with three presentations related to the museum's Salzer Collection and recent new acquisitions.

Local artist and museum docent Brad Polzin will give an illustrated presentation and lecture on the Saint Catherine story and the iconography of saints in religious art,
as well as an overview of the British engraver Valentine Green and the engraving process.

The Met recently acquired Green's "The Marriage of Saint Catherine" 1775 engraving for its permanent collection.

Two educational presentations related to the museum's Salzer Collection will also be presented. Kevin Walters will discuss 17th Century Paintings and Amy Roberts will speak on the subject of Trompe L'oeil.
