On Sunday, September 30, come down to the Starline, 831 E. Fern in Fresno, to see two of the most popular shows of Rogue 2007.
The evening will begin with the captivating Tanjora, Fresno’s first Tribal Belly dance troupe, performing choreographed and structured improvisation dances to both traditional and modern music. Come to this hypnotic and visually stunning show!
Following Tanjora, Barry Smith returns to the Starline stage with his award winning “Jesus in Montana: Adventures in a Doomsday Cult.”
This autobiographical, multi-media show, which was a sell-out at Rogue 2007, ponders the humorous side of faith, beliefs and everyday cult life, as told from the perspective of a disillusioned dishwasher in Aspen Colorado. Barry returns from a triumphant tour of 9 fringe festivals across the US and Canada where this show played to sold out houses and reaped several "best of" awards! If you missed this at Rogue 2007... you owe it to yourself to see it this Sunday!
Admission is $10. Doors open at 6:00, show stars at 6:30. No latecomers will be admitted after intermission. This
evening is rated PG-13.
