Nestled on a busy corner across the street from a porno shop and a few blocks east of Highway 99, the Cosmopolitan Deli-Grill has been the downtown crowd's favorite lunch spot for decades.

Downtown Fresno doesn't seem the most likely location for a restaurant that focuses on good service and quality food.
