Who caught the awesome front-page story on Juggalos in The Bee this weekend? My take:

Is it just me or has anyone else noticed the insane amount of traffic cops patrolling the streets and pullng over Fresno drivers?

just saw this on YouTube, so if you don't listen to cops, could this happen in Fresno?
