Is Fresno's government only good for having improperly timed traffic lights installed and approving more park-free developments?

I guess all of you FresnoFamous members posting during business hours are procrastinating. I usually don't procrastinate, I work hard. I'm am precrastinator.

For years, the Fresno art scene seemed to operate below the radar. It has always been there but it took some effort to find it.
