Today the City Council discussed and approved a mayor initiative to take action on the shopping carts laying around town.
so, i went a little ahead of the scheduled time. i ate some lunch on the mall at a nice little chinese food, ice cream, donuts, burgers and sandwich spot across from the security bank building.
so, i'm heading out with much trepidation. will there be a meeting? or will i be an hour and a half to a meeting?
