Description: Awaken with a sensory meditation and a joyful yoga hour with Chaz. Then, enjoy a mindful wine-tasting where the focus is on patience, experience, reverence and celebration. We will be tasting 2 different wines. This is a coed workshop. Find out why both yoga and wine pair well.
