1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA.

2. To enter Fresno Famous ZZ Top, Pretenders, Stray Cats drawing submit your entry by e-mail through www.fresnofamous.com. Limit one Entry per person. Improper or false entries submitted by a single person are void and any person who attempts or otherwise encourages, directly or indirectly, the Entry of improper or false contact information under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter or encourage, directly or indirectly, improper or false entries will be disqualified. ALL ENTIRES MUST BE RECEIVED DURING THE ENTRY PERIOD IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE SWEEPSTAKES. "Valid Entries" are completed entries that are received during the Entry Period.

3. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Valid entries must be submitted by e-mail or through www.fresnofamous.com. Incomplete entries are void. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. Photo ID may be required in order to claim prizes. All entries become the property of Fresno Famous. Neither Fresno Famous, its respective affiliates, parent, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotional agencies, or any telephone network or service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry or Entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any Web site or online service or any other error or malfunction or late, lost illegible or misdirected entries.

4. ELIGIBILITY
By entering into and participating in these drawings, each entrant agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges and warrants that s/he is eligible to participate in this drawing. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to release Fresno Famous, its affiliates and parent company, The McClatchy Company, and their directors, employees, officers, agents, and its advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of the prize or participation in any prize-related activities, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. By participating in this drawing, entrants agree that California courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising form or relating to this drawing and that venue shall be only in Fresno, California. Further, all winners agree that their image and/or likeness and first name and city name, may be used in the promotion of future drawings and/or Fresno Famous products, with no further compensation being due to said winner. Employees of The McClatchy Company and its respective affiliated companies, divisions, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the drawings. Fresno Famous reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the drawings should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Fresno Famous corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the drawing.

5. SELECTION OF WINNER
Fresno Famous will determine which entries are Valid Entries and whether the entries otherwise meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein ("Eligible Entries"). Fresno Famous will randomly draw the winner(s) from all of the Eligible Entries. Fresno Famous will be the sole judge of which entries are Eligible Entries and its decision and drawing will be final. The winner(s) will be notified by U.S. Mail, telephone or e-mail using the information provided on such winner's Entry. Fresno Famous is not responsible for misdirected or corrupted e-mail addresses that prohibit a person from entering the Sweepstakes or that prevent Fresno Famous from identifying or contacting a winner. Should a winning entrant not respond to notification of selection within the time indicated in the notification, the winner forfeits its eligibility to win and Fresno Famous, in its sole discretion, may select an alternate winner. Odds of winning depend upon the number of Eligible Entries received and the number of prizes allocated to the drawing.

6. WINNER
To obtain the number of eligible entrants in a particular drawing or the name of the winners of any given drawing, -request these lists via email to jtehee@fresnobee.com.Subject: Contest Winners List Request or send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Fresno Famous, c/o ZZ Top, Pretenders, Stray Cats List Request, 1626 E Street, Fresno 93786. Requests must be received in writing within 90 days of the drawing. Requests must include specific contest information such as the approximate date of drawing, prize(s) being offered and contest name.

7. PRIZE
Any expense not specifically stated as being included in the prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may not transfer or substitute the prize. Federal, state and local taxes, charges and incidental costs, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner.

8. PRIVACY POLICY
All Entry information collected in connection with these drawings shall be accessible by Fresno Famous. Such information may be used by Fresno Famous to contact each entrant directly with marketing or other information. By participating in these drawings, each entrant hereby consents to such use.
